Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders, with expedited shipping available for a fee which is outlined at checkout. All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM (GMT+1) on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.
You will receive an shipment confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
UK orders will ship from a UK warehouse, US orders will ship from US-based warehouses. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout with fastest shipping being next-day in the UK and 2-day in the US. If your package is late, we suggest waiting an additional four business days in case of delays and if it's still not arrived please reach out to support@pifi.org
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your PiFi kit purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We offer free returns and will provide you with a prepaid returns label.
To return, if you ordered via the PiFi website then email returns@pifi.org with your order number, we will follow up typically in under 24 hours with return instructions.
Note: Your order number is a typically four digit number starting with # you should have received in your order confirmation email.
If you ordered from somewhere other than our website, check return details below. Or, if you can’t find your order number put ‘unknown order no’ in your email and we will reach out to help.

Some Additional Returns Information!
If you wish to complete a return, the product(s) should be returned in usable condition.
Remove any personal information from the SD card prior to return (format / erase)
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. This cannot be changed.
A digital returns label will be provided free of charge which will either need to be printed (or QR scanned) depending on the courier option
It is recommended to keep a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records in case of lost shipments (proof of postage)
Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable
All returns must be from pifi.org orders. PiFi cannot accept returns from third-party marketplaces/retailers as it is those merchants which hold your funds. Amazon returns are subject to Amazon return policies and will be returned directly to Amazon for a refund (you can still reach out to returns@pifi.org for Amazon or Buy with Prime returns if you wish)
Please ensure all items and accessories from your order are including in your return - do not include anything other than this as PiFi cannot accept responsibility for such items
